About Zurvey.io

Zurvey is a text-analytics supported survey tool. The problem it's aiming to solve is the time-consuming processing of open-ended responses by analysing the texts with keyword-based sentiment analysis.

While working on this platform, we started to think of Zurvey as a CX solution rather than a simple survey creator.

Other than creating surveys, the Users can upload spreadsheets, connect API inputs or set up Email forwarding as Customer Support use-cases.

One of the first features I was working on was the Survey Builder within Zurvey. When it comes to composing a survey, the builder is a simple yet effective base of operations.

Self-Service Microsurvey

Supporting the distribution of the survey is creating microsurveys. Highly customisable with targeting and triggering functions aiding in more representative research.

Tile Dashboard

In this customisable dashboard, the User can add charts from any dataset for keeping track of North-star metrics.

Advanced Access Control

A detailed role setting allows management to give or take the User rights from group members.
